” Grant Williams and his company ”Grant Williams Building Design and Drafting” has been contracting and associated with Accord Homes for the past 4 years or so.

In that time Grant has covered a wide range of design and drafting activities for us – from simple and straight forward additions and minor extensions to existing homes right through to full on design work and drafting for larger upmarket homes and duplex units for, in some cases, very fastidious and demanding clients. In these later cases we have adopted a ”joint venture” approach with Grant where he works in conjunction with us at Accord Homes in satisfying the clients´ needs and demands. Grants´ administrative abilities are excellent, with good attention to the small details which are so important in this role. He has a good understanding of developing recording & accounting systems and the discipline to maintain those systems on a regular basis.
